Please review our practice policies before your appointment.
Changes to clinic visit appointments and laser appointments, including cancellation or rescheduling, require at least 48 hours notice. Changes made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a $75 late cancellation/rescheduling fee.
Surgery appointments require a minimum of two (2) weeks' notice for any rescheduling. Changes made with less than two weeks notice will result in a $250 rescheduling fee.
Surgery deposits are non-refundable. Any deposits made toward a scheduled surgery will be retained upon cancellation.
The cosmetic consultation fee is $150. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking the consultation. The remaining $100 will be collected at check-in.
All surgery and laser procedures will be assessed a four percent (4%) Credit Card Processing Fee if using a debit or credit card.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products and services once they have been purchased.
